The announcement was made during Hyland Software’s Team OnBase Leadership Retreat on January 25-27, 2016, an annual gathering of leadership from the Authorized OnBase Solution Provider Partner Community.
Platinum designations are awarded based on sales performance and excellence. The criteria include software revenue for 2015 and the number of new customers acquired during the same year.
The Diamond Award is an annual recognition of excellence based on supporting the OnBase Community with excellence. The criteria for the Diamond award are: training, customer retention, ratio of employees providing support to the number of customers and percentage of customers using the current software release.
