In addition to all of the aforementioned features and benefits of the bizhub c454e, fax capabilities may also be installed in-line with this device. When installing the fax option, which comes in as a 33.6 Kbps modem, the bizhub c454e will also provide desktop faxing from a PC along with fax forwarding which will allow faxes to be routed into a folder or email address vs. being printed. Thus, making document distribution simple and easy.
Looking to go green? The new bizhub e-series also includes a new System on Chip (SoC), which enables the bizhub c454e to shut down certain power circuits in the device that are not being used. This allows the bizhub c454e to achieve a less then 1.0 watt power consumption during sleep mode making it the leader in the copier industry.
Is copier security a concern? The c454e along with the full bizhub office copier line-up includes built-in safeguards to protect your Konica Minolta device right out of the box. All you have to do is simply turn some of these features on. Most notably the Hard Drive comes equipped with HDD Sanitizing, Job Erase, and Account Tracking to name a few key protective features.
