With the ever expanding plotter and wide format printer market, KIP America has recently announced the release of a new series of wide format printers and scanners named the Kip 70 series wide format printers designed for the construction, engineering and drafting printer markets.
Introducing the KIP 7170, 7770 and 7970 Printers
Most Recently, Kip announced the release of their new wide format printer product line the Kip 70 Series Wide Format Printers. Specifically named the Kip 7170 (6 D-size pppm), Kip 7770 (9 D-size ppm) and the Kip 7970 (13 D-size ppm).
At first sight the most noticeable change from Kip’s previous models, is the 12” vivid multi-touch display panel which is designed for easy end-user operation. The high resolution multi-touch screen provides copy, scan and print previews, allowing you to instantly view B&W and Color images. Multi-touch controls allow you to zoom, rotate and pan the image preview. Tap, Swipe, Rotate, Spread and Pinch to get a large, full color look at image files before you print, make changes and see your results immediately.
New KIP Cloud Connect
The KIP 70 Series provides walk up users with the ability to print from or scan to the cloud right from the multi-touch control display. This cloud enabled function allows individuals or groups to create a link to cloud destinations for storage & collaboration. Use the cloud service of your choice: Skydrive, Google Drive or Dropbox, Box.com, Microsoft Sharepoint & Microsoft Office 365 Online.
